HACP believes in a proactive approach to sourcing investment opportunities which differentiates us from our peers. We have cultivated relationships with C-Level Operating Executives and we are also involved in relevant trade organizations.

We are in continuous contact with our Operating Executive network in the development of thematic investment theses, the identification of potential acquisition targets, the diligence process, and design/implementation of our transformational value creation strategies post-acquisition

We believe in creating a collaborative partnership and alignment with our operating executives and will seek to create the optimal situation to maximize shareholder value.
